Quality Management Principles
This awareness-raising program gives an overview of quality, the major concepts, the expected outcomes and the language. It covers the essential elements of quality for people who are employed in organizations committed to pursuing quality as a means to winning competitive advantage.
Designed for all employees who wish to gain awareness of the relevance of quality practices to their organization and who may want to proceed further in quality-based learning.
Learning Outcomes
At the completion of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Describe key quality terms and their meaning
- Understand the fundamentals of 'quality'
- Understand the key sections of ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems standard
- Outline methods for control and improvement using the appropriate tools

Content
- This course focuses on encouraging people to participate in an organization's quality initiatives by increasing the awareness of the individual through the introduction of quality concepts, terminology and management systems standards.
- It will increase the individual's understanding of basic quality system requirements and methods of measurement and inspection, as well as techniques and tools for effective control and process improvement.

$440.00 for members of AOQ (GST inclusive)
$528 .00 for non-members of AOQ (GST inclusive)
(AOQ members receive a 10% discount for three or more people attending from the same organisation on the same course)
