Introduction to ISO 9001:2000
By the end of 2003, all current and new certifications were required to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 Standard.

This course provides an introduction to ISO 9001: 2000 and to the requirements for establishing a quality management system complying with the new standard.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of the course participants will:
- Understand the contents of ISO 9001:2000
- Understand the major differences between the 1994 and 2000 versions of ISO 9001:2000
- Understand what are the major additions to the requirements
- Understand what is required to develop their quality system to comply with the new requirements
This program has been developed for people with limited, or no knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 and would like to understand the requirements of this standard or who need that knowledge to develop a new or to restructure an existing quality management system.

- Clause by clause discussion of the contents of ISO 9001:2000 and what the requirements mean to a person establishing a quality management system
- Brief comparison of ISO 9001:1994 with ISO 9001:2000
- Summary of revised/added requirements
- Review of quality management systems

1 day 9.00 am to 5:00 pm

$528 .00 for non-members of AOQ (GST inclusive)
(AOQ members receive a 10% discount for three or more people attending from the same organisation on the same course)
