Internal Auditing - A Hands-On Approach
This two-day program introduces attendees to a practical approach for planning, implementing, reporting and monitoring internal audits as part of the effective management systems required in all types of businesses.
Consideration is given to the aspects of internal auditing of management systems, processes, records and products and services resulting from those systems and processes. The skills are applicable to Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, HACCP and other management system within the organisation.
The program requires no pre-requisites for participants. However, the ability to think logically, to examine documentation objectively and to prepare written reports to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives would be an advantage.
A number of interactive workshops are incorporated into the program to enhance the learning of the theory provided. These workshops consolidate the learning to enable the participants to gain practical application so that the skills can be actively used when they return to their workplace.
